google docs error

- What browser/OS are you using? Update your browser to the most recent version. Try another browser and report back if it works.
- Are you using any browser extensions? Sometimes they can conflict with Google Docs. Try accessing your docs list in Incognito in Chrome, or in safe mode in Firefox.
- Clear all cookies and cache from within your browser. Sign out of all Google accounts, and sign in. What happens?
- If you use your computer on different networks (ex. work, home, coffee shop), can you log in on all of them, just one or two, or none?
- Where and when exactly do you see the error? vanessajune77 and maramell, provide screenshots if you can.
