DBeaver鏈接Vertica

一，DBeaver是一個免費的開源數據庫連接工具，它是基於開源框架並且允許使用者加入不同的擴展

二，下載安裝DBeaver

       官網下載DBeaver，找到適合自己電腦的版本 x64還是x86

       https://dbeaver.io/download/

二，解壓就能用，點擊dbeaver.exe啓動，安裝新版本之前請徹底刪除舊版本

三，下載客戶端驅動

       去這個頁面下載https://www.vertica.com/download/vertica/client-drivers/

       下載你操作系統能用的驅動包

       Vertica驅動程序是向前兼容的，因此可以使用以前版本的客戶端連接到Vertica服務器。有關客戶端和服務器兼容性的更多信息，請參閱Vertica文檔中的客戶端驅動程序和服務器版本兼容性

四，連接Vertica，點擊左上角小加號“+”，或者Database->new Connection

1. Open DBeaver.
2. Select Database > New Connection.

3. In the Create New Connection window, select Vertica.
4. Click Next.
5. In the General tab, enter your database credentials. 

6. Click Edit Driver Settings. The Edit Driver Vertica window opens.
7. Select Add File.
8. Select the Vertica JDBC file you downloaded.
9. Click Open. The file appears in the Edit Driver Vertica window.
10. Click OK.
11. Click Test Connection. If your connection to Vertica is successful, a message appears.
