Duilib下編輯框限定字符字數問題

在Duilib下限定字符個數，可以通過配置文件中加入maxchar來設置或者在代碼裏調用SetMaxChar(UINT uMax)函數來進行限定，但是當你調試的時候，發現自己設定的與自己輸入的不一致，按常理說maxchar="10",那就是5箇中文10個英文，但是在Edit裏面卻能輸入10箇中文10個英文，爲什麼會出現這樣的現象呢？原因就是我們沒有添加一段代碼。
