將project->build automaticlly勾去掉

在clean->下方的Start a build immediately 去掉（這樣，clean的時候就不會接着build了）

在window->preferences->Install/Update->Automatic Updates (去掉裏面的Automatically find new updates and notify me)
4.
在eclipse.ini配置文件里加入-clean
