一個好用的工作生活平衡方式

你工作那麼忙,但看朋友圈,生活也很豐富,還跑越野,跑馬拉松,你是怎麼做到工作和生活的平衡的?挺好的,這說明每個人都想有好的工作,也想有好的生活。"}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"我從前也經常受這個問題困擾,一忙起來,就是昏天黑地,不知道東西南北。停下來之後,身體也不爽,同事也不爽,家人也不爽,自己有時候也不爽,覺得生活失去了方向,沒有掌控感。直到 8 年前, 昨天在分享中提到的 InfoQ 的創始人 Floyd Marinescu,給我說,你可以考慮加入 EO 全球創業家協會,他們的理念有可能幫助你解決這些挑戰。於是就有了今天我要介紹的這個簡單又好用的“360 度的生活方式”,我自己用了有 8 EO 的一個哥們學習,才愛上這個運動的。第一次半程馬拉松,還把他甩得很遠。從那以後,就愛上了長跑,尤其是越野跑,覺得每次跑完都是對自己身體的一次重置,又因爲會出去三五天才回來,也總能給身心一個休息的機會。"}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"今年原定報了跑二環,崇禮 30 公里,幽州古道 50 公里,內蒙古 100 公里,但因爲疫情的原因,多數都取消或者延後了。但我還是會跑,因爲它已經成爲我生命的一部分。"}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","marks":[{"type":"strong"}],"text":"第二個故事是和家庭相關的。"},{"type":"text","text":"成家的同學估計都會感嘆,家庭的經營一點不比上班輕鬆啊,不論你是一個上班族還是一個創業者、企業家,可能都會遇到來自家庭的挑戰。"}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"人的時間和精力是有限的,關注點也是有限的,當你沉浸於一件事情的時候,基本上就會忽視其他的事情。後來覺得這樣不成,特別是有了小朋友之後,覺得如果自己在孩子成長的過程中,缺失了身份,是很遺憾的一件事情。"}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"於是我們家開始進行家庭會議,討論家庭的價值觀和使命,雖然執行的過程中也是遇到各種各樣的問題,但整體是好的。通過每週一次的家庭會議,我發現小朋友驚人的變化,從一開始不願意參加,不願意說話,到現在爭着做主持人,一分享起來就滔滔不絕,而且條理清晰。"}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"現在家庭會議已經成爲我們家庭中不可缺少的一部分,我想在小朋友們的成長路程中,也會給他們留下深刻的記憶。"}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","marks":[{"type":"strong"}],"text":"第三個故事是和事業相關的。"},{"type":"text","text":"我講了很多遍,但每次分享都覺得是一件很奇妙的事情。因爲熱愛文字,畢業做了三年程序員後就從杭州來到北京做編輯,而且是如魚得水,覺得自己絕對是一個技術編輯的好手。再後來陰差陽錯,開始創業,從編輯文章開始,也是樂此不疲。"}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"可是編輯是個技術工種,是個專業的活兒,而創業做 CEO,是個管理工種,是個雜活兒。回想起來,在開始創業的那段時間裏,每天簡直就是在天堂與地獄之間遊走。"}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"編輯的基因要求每一件事情都要盡善盡美,CEO 的角色要求事情一定要快速完成,快速交付,而且還要和人打交道,要照顧每個人的情緒。隨着業務的擴大,也開始和資本有更多的交流,更是兩眼一抹黑,什麼都不懂。"}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"也是在 EO 這個組織裏面,開始快速成長,每個月一次的會員見面溝通,每個人對商業的理解,對管理的理解,都給我很多的思考和改變。開完小組會,結合自己的現狀,回到公司就開始實踐,戰戰兢兢,如履薄冰。"}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"一路走來,公司人員從十來個人到幾十個人到現在的幾百人,營收也從幾百萬到幾千萬到幾億的規模。感覺自己在公司的經營治理上越來越有感覺,駕輕就熟,甚至開始總結經驗,給更多的創業小夥伴分享,大家也都很受用,少走了很多彎路。"}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"回想起來,幾乎公司每次做重大的決定,我都會拿出來和小組的小夥伴商量商量,雖然不一定是尋求答案,但有大家的經驗在裏面,每一個反饋都會讓自己的思考更加縝密,行動方案更加的周全,在公司執行的時候也會更加的順暢。這就是“三個臭皮匠,頂個諸葛亮”,“三人行必有我師焉”的寫照吧。"}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","marks":[{"type":"strong"}],"text":"最後一個故事就是關於社區的。"},{"type":"text","text":"因爲在小組的成長,我覺得這種方式有可能對技術領域的 CTO 們也是可用的,所以在 2015 年的時候,就嘗試用這種模式服務技術領導者們,就成立了 TGO 鯤鵬會。"}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"經過五年的發展,到現在已經在全球多個城市,包括大陸地區的 10 個城市,以及美國硅谷和臺灣地區的臺北等地設立了分會,超過 1000 人在組織裏產生連接,並讓自己得到成長。"}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"其實這個事情對於我所在的公司業務發展並沒有非常直接的作用,但是對於極客邦科技這樣一個以服務技術人爲主的組織來講,經過十多年的發展之後,也有責任和義務做一些相對公益的事情,促進社區的長遠健康發展。"}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"從去年開始,我們就將 TGO 鯤鵬會定位成非營利組織,通過團結對社區有認可有意願的會員,組成理事會,共同來治理,從而達到了會員的組織由會員來治理這個目的。"}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"這樣做的好處就是,可以確保組織不會因爲個人的興趣愛好、熱情而產生特別大的波動,通過總部和理事會相結合、集中和民主相結合的方式,儘量讓組織有長遠的發展。而一個組織的形成和發展也總是需要時間來沉澱和積累的。"}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"說到這兒,四個和我自己個人成長相關的故事基本就講完了,估計你也大概明白了什麼是“360
