路由器設備一般都在購買license後在設備上已激活（right to use license），但需要確認。
如若license有沒激活的情況，需要使用license accept <feature> eula或導入license文件使用license install 命令激活。
1、查看基本特性是否已開啓，如：ipbase和sec。

2、查看throughout license是否已激活。若沒在激活狀態需要激活後使用platform hardware hroughput level命令從默認的100M調到300M，然後重啓設備。
