最近一直沒有使用數據庫，連接的時候才發現用不了，原因是無法啓動服務。
在網上查了下資料，解決了。
查看了一下LOG（C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.1\MSSQL\LOG），內容如下：
エラー: 17190、重大度: 16、狀態: 1。
FallBack certificate initialization failed with error code: 1.
エラー: 26015、重大度: 16、狀態: 1。
Unable to load user-specified certificate. Because connection encryption is required, the server will not be able to accept any connections. You should verify that the certificate is correctly installed. See "Configuring Certificate for Use by SSL" in Books Online.
エラー: 17182、重大度: 16、狀態: 1。

發生原因：
本地計算機在公司的域中，每過一段時間要變更一回密碼，密碼變更後，造成的服務無法啓動。
對應方法如下：
1.打開服務列表。
2. 打開服務。
3. 修改登錄的用戶名和密碼。
