本例子爲你講解在spring3中如何使用基於註解的mvc框架.

1.添加Jar包引用
由於使用了Maven管理項目，所以，第一步就是添加引用.(沒有使用Maven怎麼辦？那你直接下載Spring3的壓縮包，添加相應的Jar文件就可以了。)
