配置CentOS6.5官方倉庫x86_64

1、今天是2019.11.18，由於CentOS 6比較舊了，國內的鏡像和官方的主幹都刪除掉了，所以配置到官方的vault.centos.org這個路徑下。

2、此倉庫也適用於NeoKyln3.2（內核爲Linux HuNanKylin 2.6.32-431）,所以，呵呵。 但僅供參考，謹防系統崩了。
