5. Priority Setting: priority code 在Problem Management 階段設定,但是definite codes 是在變更管理流程中設定的。Category is determined by the Change Manager.
6. Subdivision of the Priority:
- Urgent, Highest Priority -- CAB(CAB/EC) 緊急會議
- High --- CAB 下次例會上的首要議題
- Medium , normal priority ------ 需要CAB 討論
- Low ----------適當時間再說
7 Impact of a change
--- Standard : 不需要 change manager 的核準
------(Minor) Category 1 : : Change manager 獨立批准,不需要和CAB討論
------(Significant) Category 2 : : --- CAB 下次例會上的首要議題
------(Major) Category 3 : : Change manager需要得到IT MANAGEMETN 批准,並和CAB討論
