大致意思是指定的庫不存在，請修改modelsim.ini文件重新編譯。
解決：ISE新建工程時會自動生成modelsim.ini文件，運行仿真時軟件會在這個文件指定的位置加載仿真庫，拷過來的工程指定庫位置和本地的不一樣。
解決辦法：從modelsim安裝文件夾下找到modelsim.ini文件，複製到當前工程下，選擇替換，問題解決。
